William Carpenter, III

If you’re here, then it’s likely that you or someone close to you is going through some challenges in their life.  Finding the right counselor is a very personal decision.  It’s important to find a counselor with whom you feel comfortable, and where a mutual rapport exists.  For this reason I extend to you my personal invitation to call the office, not to schedule an appointment with the receptionist or office manager, but to speak with me personally for a free initial telephone consultation.

For those who have been through some sort of trauma, have lost a loved one, or are just dealing with the everyday challenges of life, I offer you a safe place to be heard without judgment, and to work through things.  For couples I offer you the chance to learn the most clinically tested and proven methods in couples counseling today.  You’ll not only learn new ways to communicate, build friendship, increase intimacy, and manage conflict, but sessions will be geared around teaching you how to implement the skills so that in the future you’ll no longer need a counselor.  You’ll have the tools not only to keep your own relationship strong, but to model a healthy relationship and teach your kids how to do the same.  On the other hand, if you're on the fence and aren't sure if your plan is to salvage the relationship, I can help you with that as well using a proven Discernment Counseling modality.

Effective counseling can do wonders to heal old wounds and open doors.  You can have the peace you deserve, the relationships you want, and the life you desire, but only you can take the first step.
